1. Eligibility for Use
You must be at least 18 years old to browse or purchase from AJ Research Labs. By using this
website, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Research Use Only Products
All products supplied by AJ Research Labs are strictly intended for laboratory, scientific, and in vitro research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, medical or diagnostic use,
therapeutic application or recreational purposes.
By purchasing from AJ Research Labs, you agree that:
• You are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a recognised research organisation.
• You understand the risks involved in handling research chemicals.
• You will not use our products for personal, clinical or therapeutic purposes.
• You will store, handle and dispose of materials safely and responsibly.
AJ Research Labs does not provide guidance on human administration, dosing, injection or treatment.
3. Limitation of Liability
AJ Research Labs is not liable for any injury, damage or loss arising from misuse, mishandling or improper storage of our products. Responsibility transfers to the purchaser upon receipt.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Refunds will be provided if an order cannot be fulfilled. Once an order has been placed and payment has been completed, cancellations are not accepted.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice. Payments are processed securely via trusted third party providers. AJ Research Labs does not store or access
payment information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
AJ Research Labs ships within the UK and internationally subject to local regulations. We aim to dispatch orders the same or next working day. Delivery times vary based on destination and courier
service. We are not responsible for courier delays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or issues occurring after dispatch.
7. Returns & Refunds
AJ Research Labs does not accept returns or refunds due to the nature of research chemicals. Refunds
or replacements are only provided if:
• The product arrives damaged,
• The wrong product was received
• The product is defective.
Issues must be reported via our contact form within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued. No other returns or refunds are accepted.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, labels, images and website content are the property of AJ Research Labs and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
